    Rick Kotermanski, Chief Technology Officer, has over 20 years of experience in the architecture, management, design and development of successful mission-critical application and product development projects. Prior to joining Summa Rick held management and staff development roles at IBM and Transarc corporation.

    Brian Gray, Associate Technical Consultant, graduated last May from the Information Systems program at Carnegie Mellon and was recently added to the consulting staff at Summa. While at CMU, Brian developed a corporate Web site for a new software company and studied abroad at Singapore Management University. At Summa, Brian has already hit the ground running, teaming with Senior Consultants on several projects. From leading requirements gathering efforts with clients to building a conceptual prototype for an innovative lead initiation feature for one of the largest providers of private post secondary education in the U.S, he has already made a significant contribution to the Summa and with its clients.
